Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Wardom collects, why it is used, where it is stored, and the choices available to players.
Information we collect
Account information may include your username, email address, password verifier, email-verification status, authentication providers, profile selections, security settings, and session records. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes rather than readable passwords.
Game information may include decks, settings, room membership, match state, chat messages, replay data, results, and progression. Operational information may include request timing, security events, server logs, and network information needed to prevent abuse and operate Wardom.
Google and Discord sign-in
When you use Google Sign-In, Wardom receives your Google account identifier, verified email address, display name, and basic profile information through the OpenID, email, and profile scopes. Wardom does not request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts, or calendars. When you use Discord, Wardom receives your Discord account identifier, verified email address, username, and display name through the identify and email scopes. Wardom does not request access to your servers, messages, friends, or voice activity.
Website sessions
The website keeps a website-scoped Wardom session in local browser storage so you can remain signed in. It points to the same Wardom player account but does not replace an active game session. Signing out removes that website session from the browser and account service.
How information is used
Wardom uses information to authenticate players, synchronize matches, save preferences and game content, deliver transactional account email, provide support, enforce security rules, diagnose failures, and improve the service.
Sharing and retention
Wardom does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, network-security, email, payment, and fulfillment providers only as needed to operate the service. Authentication sessions normally expire after 30 days. Non-favorite replays are normally removed after 14 days and are subject to account replay limits.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. Contact [email protected] using the email connected to your Wardom account so ownership can be verified.
